Get ready for Imagine Finland 2024!
In the spring of 2024, the Louhimo Children's Cultural Center will organize for the first time the Imagine Finland music event for youth. Imagine activities are part of the international music organization JMI, of which Louhimo was accepted as a member in December 2023. Imagine Finland, to be held in March, invites bands and artists formed by young people aged 13 to 25 to submit their own musical interpretation to the video search.
Through the call, an artist or band has the opportunity to represent Finland at the international Imagine Music Experience event in Brussels in December 2024. The Louhimo Imagine Finland video call is open from March 1 to March 31, 2024. Participants under the age of majority are requested to provide consent from a guardian to participate in the call. Participants will be notified of the selection during the month of April.
How to apply?
The Imagine Finland video call is open from March 1st to March 31st, 2024. The deadline for submitting applications is March 31st, 2024, at 11:59 PM. The primary purpose of the video is to document and showcase a live musical performance by a band or artist. The style and artistic content, various effects, and other solutions can be chosen by the participant. To participate in the video search, it is not necessary to prepare a high-quality artistic music video; a live playback video is sufficient.
